Collaborate fashion Returns Policy

Thankyou for purchasing our products at Collaborate Fashion NZ operated by Mandy and Shania.

Please take the time to check out our returns terms and conditions before making a purchase online.

Collaborate fashion is not responsible to pay for your garment to be returned, unless the item is damaged on arrival. 

We strive to ensure all our customers are Happy with their purchases! if you are not happy with the item you receive you can return this to us at your cost and gain a collaborate Fashion NZ credit valid for 12 months from the date issued.
(Note it will be less your freight cost)

Returns MUST be received within 14 days after receiving product.

We do not provide refunds when an item isn’t what you wanted or the wrong size only store credit. We are always happy to help with sizing, please email us if you require further assistance before placing your order.

 No returns on sale items.  

In order to be eligible for a refund, you will need to have proof of there being damage as soon as you receive the item.  After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process you a Refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged further in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.

If you are wanting to exchange an item for a different colour or size please email or call us within 14 days from arrival.

To ensure the quickest turnaround time of your return, please contact us first by email: collaboratefashionnz@gmail.com we will outline all instructions needed for easy return of your parcel. Alternatively, please securely repackage your item with your original order number clearly referenced on the outside of the parcel, with a note stating your reason for return enclosed within. We suggest you select an insured shipping or postage method. You are responsible for the product until it reaches us. Collaborate Fashion NZ does not accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves. All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. Send your package to:

SALE ITEMS

During busy sale periods, dispatch times for orders may vary up to one week. Items on sale are deemed final, cannot be refunded or exchanged

RE-DELIVERY

All delivery methods require a signature from the customer upon receipt of the parcel. If there is no one available to accept your order, you will need to contact the relevant carrier to arrange pick up (often from the carrier’s depot) or re-delivery. Collaborate Fashion NZ accepts no liability for any loss, damage, cost or expense (including any indirect or consequential loss or damage) to you or any other person that is caused by missed deliveries or re-delivery.

Until an item is received at Collaborate Fashion it is your responsibility.
