We ship orders within New Zealand and to Australia. We ship all orders from our place of work in Gore,NZ. We will endeavour to process orders as quickly as possible.We aim to have your purchase on its way to you within Three days from your order time excluding weekends and public holidays.

When the money has cleared and we have the item ready you will receive notification that your purchased item is ready for dispatch. Once it has left our store it will arrive typically within 3 working days (if rural allow another day) throughout New Zealand and up to 7 working Days if in Australia. If an order is placed after 2pm on Fridays or during a weekend or a public holiday it will be dispatched on the following trading day. Don’t hesitate to contact at any time regarding progress report.

How much will your shipping cost?

Our Nationwide (NZ) shipment cost is $8 per order, this will be added to your order at checkout. We offer Free shipping for all NZ orders over $200. If you are in Australia the shipments cost is $20, this will be added to your order at checkout, please select the right shipping rate for your order to save time and confusion.

 How long will your order take to get to you?

We aim to get your purchases out the door within Three days (excluding weekends and public holidays) It will take 2-5 working days to arrive at your door if in NZ and up to 7 working days to Australia.

 How can you track your oder?

we'll send you an email as soon as your order has been shipped with a link to tracking info.

If you have selected click and collect we will be in touch to sort a suitable time to collect.

Returning an item

If you choose to return an item,(unless it was damaged on arrival), you are responsible for the postage payment to get it back to us. You will not receive a credit until the item is back to us with tags and in unused condition.


  • If your order is lost or damaged in transit please contact us within 7 days so we can assist you.
  • Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees that maybe applied during custom clearance are not included in the product price. Please check with your customs office before ordering to see if there are any extra costs. Any incurred costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
